Job Title: Office Move Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Move Coordinator to join our team at Great Western Trailer (GWT) in Torrance, CA. As a key member of our relocation team, you will be responsible for ensuring a smooth and efficient move-in process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive to/from the storage unit in Irvine, CA to our Torrance, CA office.
  • Manage access to the storage unit and office suite (keys, access codes, key cards).
  • Guide and direct the moving team in support of the move plan.
  • Oversee logistics to prevent damage to the lobby, elevator, and office suite floors, walls, etc.
  • Unpack and store boxed items.
  • Inspect for damages or missing items.
  • Raise any issues or changes that arise, ensuring quick and effective resolution.

Requirements:

  • Valid driver's license and reliable form of transportation.
  • Ability to lift 20 lbs.
  • Able to bend, lift, twist, etc. as needed.
  • Ability to work overtime if needed.
