Job Summary

Emerge Inc. seeks an Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to promote efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Schedule and manage staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their roles and responsibilities.
  • Work directly with customers at all living locations, fostering positive relationships and addressing any concerns.
  • Mentor and monitor staff performance, providing constructive feedback and coaching to enhance skills and productivity.
  • Collaborate with the accounting department to obtain necessary resources and supplies.
  • Ensure staff are trained in all required areas, including company policies and procedures.
  • Monitor attendance, timesheets, and other documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Develop and implement Individual Plans (IPs) that meet each customer's unique needs.
  • Conduct regular quality reviews, assessing fire safety, cleanliness, and overall living conditions.
  • Ensure water temperatures meet regulatory standards and maintain clean and attractive living environments.
  • Support customers in attending medical appointments and maintaining accurate records.
