Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Analyst to join our team at Beacon Hill Staffing Group, LLC. This is an exciting opportunity for a financial professional with expertise in nonprofit accounting to take on a leadership role and drive business growth.

Estimated Salary: $95,000 - $110,000 per yearKey Responsibilities:
  • Lead the month-end and year-end close processes to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
  • Oversee the preparation and review of journal entries and balance sheet account reconciliations.
  • Conduct thorough balance sheet reviews to maintain clean and accurate financial records.
  • Provide narratives and presentations for the finance committee, explaining financial performance and variances.
  • Prepare and review payroll reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
  • Develop and manage the annual budget, working closely with department heads.
  • Ensure compliance with all tax regulations, including preparing and filing Form 990 and 990-T.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field required.
  • Active CPA license required.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in nonprofit accounting.
  • Strong technical acumen and understanding of GAAP.
  • Excellent leadership, mentoring, and teamwork skills.
