Business Development Representative Opportunity

A dynamic technology company, Find Great People | FGP, is seeking a skilled Business Development Representative to join their team for a part-time opportunity working Tuesday-Thursday (25 hours a week). This is a fully onsite position.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through outbound sales efforts, including prospecting for leads, making cold calls, sending emails, engaging in social selling, and qualifying potential customers
  • Engage in cold calling potential clients to introduce them to the company's products/services and schedule appointments for the Customer Success Team
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree preferred in business administration, marketing, communications, or a related field
  • 1+ years of sales experience (preferably in the SaaS space), with a focus on cold calling and lead generation
  • Experience working with CRM systems and lead generation strategies
Compensation and Advancement Opportunities:
  • $20/hour plus uncapped commission
