Job Title: Financial Reporting Specialist

Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per year

About the Role:

The Financial Reporting Specialist will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial reporting within the Corporate Finance team at ABWE. This position requires a detail-oriented and analytical individual who can manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Report Preparation: Assist in preparing internal financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual reports, to support decision-making.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze financial data to provide insights and recommendations for process improvements.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments to gather necessary information for reporting and ensure timely resolution of audit issues.
  • Account Reconciliation: Reconcile balance sheet accounts on a regular basis to ensure discrepancies are identified and resolved promptly.
  • Audit Support: Assist in the preparation and coordination of external audits, including compiling and organizing supporting documentation for auditors.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: Minimum 2-4 years of experience in accounting or financial analysis.
  • Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including complex formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis. Experience with Power BI and/or SQL preferred.
