Job Summary

The Financial Reporting Specialist will be a key member of the Corporate Finance team, supporting the organization's mission by ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare Internal Financial Reports: Assist in the preparation of internal financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual reports, with attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Analyze Financial Data: Analyze financial data and provide insights to support decision-making, utilizing advanced Excel-based analysis and knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
  • Collaborate with Teams: Collaborate with other departments to gather necessary information for reporting, ensuring effective communication and teamwork.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: Minimum 2-4 years of experience in accounting or financial analysis, with a strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
  • Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including complex formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis, as well as experience with accounting software and other financial tools.
Benefits and Compensation

The estimated salary for this position is $65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
