Nursing Support Specialist

Estimated Salary: $50,000 - $70,000 per year
Job Description:
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent patient care by assisting patients or residents with daily activities and personal hygiene, including bathing, dressing, and transferring. They will also be required to measure and record food and liquid intake and urinary and fecal output and report changes to medical or nursing staff. Additionally, the Nursing Support Specialist will ensure that patients or residents receive appropriate diet by reviewing their dietary restrictions, food allergies, and preferences.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic life support certification
