About WEX and the Recovery Collections Specialist Role: We are seeking a skilled Recovery Collections Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will work with customers who have delinquent accounts, identifying options to bring their accounts into good standing. You will assist customers with repayment choices using standardized payment plans. Additionally, you will maintain, monitor, and generate aging reports to ensure timely payments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with customers to resolve delinquent account issues
  • Develop and implement customized payment plans to meet customer needs
  • Analyze and report on account aging data to inform business decisions

What We Offer:

We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience.
