Job Description

The Reconciliation and Reporting Manager will be responsible for reconciling all hotel cashier transactions, reviewing and organizing management reports, and ensuring the accuracy of guest billings and city ledger transactions. This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management.

Responsibilities
  • Audit and reconcile financial and statistical reports.
  • Prepare and distribute necessary daily reports according to hotel standards.
  • Audit and reconcile all Front Desk and Food & Beverage Cashiers work.
  • Audit, reconcile, consolidate, and transmit all credit cards on a timely basis.

Requirements:

  • High School diploma or equivalent and/or one year of progressive experience in a hotel or related field required.
  • Guest Service Experience preferred.
  • Computer knowledge/skills required.
  • Flexible and long hours sometimes required.

Estimated Salary: $55,000 - $70,000 per year.
