Qualifications and SkillsTo succeed in this role, you must possess:
- Demonstrated success as a Client Advisor in results-driven environments and strong team player backgrounds;
- A college or post-secondary degree preferred;
- Excellent communication (verbal and written) skills and the ability to influence partners and motivate teams;
- Experience with Retail Systems and Office programs, i.e., Excel, Word, and PowerPoint;
- Open availability and flexibility to work a schedule that includes holidays, nights, and weekends;
- While not required, proficiency in Italian, Spanish, French, Mandarin, or other languages is considered a strong asset.
We offer a competitive hourly rate of $22.00 per hour, plus the opportunity to participate in a bonus or commission benefit plan depending on performance.
