About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated Store Experience Leader to join our team and deliver exceptional customer experiences. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading a team of store partners to achieve sales targets, manage store operations, and develop a positive brand image.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction
  • Lead and manage a team of store partners to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets
  • Manage store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and loss prevention
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement

Requirements:

  • 2 years' experience in retail management, preferably with a focus on customer service and sales growth
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and improving customer satisfaction
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and make informed decisions

Salary: $55,000 - $70,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
