Job Title: National Sales Leader

We are seeking an experienced National Sales Leader to drive revenue growth and expansion for Emerging Blue Jobs. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales leadership and a deep understanding of the residential real estate market.

The salary for this role is estimated to be around $180,000 - $250,000 per year, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to drive national revenue growth and expand market share.
  • Foster a high-performance culture within the sales team, providing coaching, training, and performance management.
  • Build and implement effective outbound sales initiatives to identify and engage potential clients.
  • Maintain strong relationships with key clients and industry partners, ensuring a deep understanding of their needs.
  • Analyze sales metrics and market trends to inform decision-making and adjust strategies as needed.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in sales leadership and a proven track record of success.
  • Deep understanding of the residential real estate market, including key players and emerging trends.
  • Strong network of contacts within the residential real estate, interior design, or hospitality sectors.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with diverse stakeholders.
