Overview

We are seeking an experienced Corporate Revenue Leader to join our team in Miami Brickell Downtown. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to maximize sales revenue and achieve ambitious sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize sales revenue.
  • Lead, train, and motivate a team of sales representatives to drive sales performance and meet goals.
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with key clients to expand the customer base.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics and analyze data to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product development, and operations teams to ensure alignment in strategies and goals.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in sales leadership or a related field.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to develop and execute sales strategies.
  • Experience in managing a high-performing sales team.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
