About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Talent Development Leader to join our team at Accor. As a key member of our Human Resources department, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our organization by developing and implementing strategies to attract, retain, and engage top talent.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Lead Talent Acquisition: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent for our organization.
  2. Talent Development: Design and deliver training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees, driving business growth and success.
  3. HR Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources department, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  4. Employee Engagement: Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting employee satisfaction and retention.
  5. Performance Management: Develop and implement performance management systems to drive business results and employee growth.
  6. Compliance: Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
  7. Strategic Planning: Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and success.

Requirements

  1. Minimum 4 years of experience in a Human Resources leadership capacity, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  2. Working knowledge of CBA agreements is required.
  3. University/college degree or diploma required; Formal education or certification in Human Resources Management an asset.
  4. Proven organizational skills, works well on own initiative and as a team, able to set and meet deadlines with quality results.
  5. Strong computer skills, proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
  6. Strong interpersonal, communications and presentation skills, both written and oral.
