About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Talent Development Leader to join our team at Accor. As a key member of our Human Resources department, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our organization by developing and implementing strategies to attract, retain, and engage top talent.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Talent Acquisition: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent for our organization.
- Talent Development: Design and deliver training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees, driving business growth and success.
- HR Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources department, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Employee Engagement: Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting employee satisfaction and retention.
- Performance Management: Develop and implement performance management systems to drive business results and employee growth.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and success.
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of experience in a Human Resources leadership capacity, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Working knowledge of CBA agreements is required.
- University/college degree or diploma required; Formal education or certification in Human Resources Management an asset.
- Proven organizational skills, works well on own initiative and as a team, able to set and meet deadlines with quality results.
- Strong computer skills, proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
- Strong interpersonal, communications and presentation skills, both written and oral.
