**Job Summary**

The Electric Machinery Company is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Production Supervisor to oversee the Lamination manufacturing process. As a key member of the Lamination Team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and safe production of high-quality products.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Coordinate and manage the Lamination production workforce to meet delivery standards.
  • Develop and train individuals and teams to ensure resources are available to produce products and parts required, on time, at low cost, and with high quality.
  • Provide coaching, guidance, development, and day-to-day support to production personnel.
  • Develop, review, and disseminate policies, procedures, methods, and work processes pertaining to operations performed in the Lamination department.
  • Identify and implement solutions to continuously improve business processes.
  • Work closely and harmoniously with other department supervisors and employees to achieve company goals.
  • Promote and enhance the safety of assigned personnel by providing necessary safety equipment, advising employees of safe operating methods, and uniformly complying with safety regulations.
  • Ensure department operations are conducted according to budget guidelines.

**Requirements:**

  • Minimum of 3 years manufacturing or manufacturing support experience.
  • Previous Press and Stacking experience is highly desirable.
  • General knowledge of manufacturing processes.
  • Ability to teach and work with all levels of production personnel.
  • Able to read text and blueprints as well as drafting symbols and geometric tolerance symbols.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated excellent interpersonal, group participation, group management skills.
  • Ability to coordinate and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Able to climb scaffolding, ladders, or several flights of stairs.
  • Computer literate; knowledge of Microsoft Office and SAP software is preferred.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
