POSITION: Production Manager

Company Overview: Mixly Cocktail Co. is transforming the cocktail mixer industry with our commitment to all-natural, fresh-pressed ingredients, sweetened exclusively with honey. Our diverse flavors are crafted to complement various spirits or to be enjoyed as refreshing mocktails. In just over two years, we have expanded rapidly, with our products available in over 400 locations.

WORK SCHEDULE: 18-25 hours per week. The role involves working two production nights weekly (Monday and Wednesday) and occasionally overseeing production in the absence of the manager. Responsibilities include picking up materials from our warehouse, delivering them to the commercial kitchen, dropping off finished products at the warehouse, and receiving and inspecting incoming ingredients.

COMPENSATION: $25/hour

ROLE SUMMARY: Mixly is seeking a proactive, independent individual to manage production at our commercial kitchen. This role entails overseeing material pickups from our warehouse, managing ingredient deliveries, preparing the kitchen for production, executing production tasks, and delivering finished products. The production manager will also supervise staff and coordinate production efforts alongside their regular responsibilities. As Mixly continues to grow, this position offers opportunities for advancement.

USUAL WORK HOURS:

  • Monday: 11:00am-6:00pm
  • Tuesday: 12:00pm-6:00pm

Note: The production schedule may vary, and additional nights may be required in some weeks; therefore, flexibility is preferred.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in a commercial kitchen environment
  • A vehicle capable of transporting materials and products is preferred (SUV, pickup, minivan, or wagon)
  • Food safety manager certification is mandatory
  • Management experience is advantageous
