On our team, you will collaborate with Booz Allen colleagues, other support contractors, and U.S. Space Force personnel to create and implement the next generation of strategic military satellite communications capabilities.You will play a crucial role in the engineering division, assisting the government as the Lead Systems Integrator to ensure the successful integration of space, ground, and cryptographic segments to fulfill user requirements.
Your direct support to the chief engineer and management of the Booz Allen engineering team will be essential for the program office.

Qualifications:
10+ years of experience in systems engineering or integration and testing within DoD space systems
5+ years of experience in Risk Processes and Risk Management
5+ years of experience utilizing a Model-Based Systems Engineering or Digital Engineering methodology to oversee system definitions and technical baselines
Experience in requirements development or verification
Familiarity with Confluence or JIRA
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Ability to work both collaboratively and independently, demonstrating initiative to complete complex tasks within cross-functional teams
Secret clearance
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or Computer Science

Additional Skills:
5+ years of experience with military SATCOM systems
5+ years of experience in space acquisition
Experience with Agile methodologies
Ability to learn and resolve issues quickly and creatively
TS/SCI clearance
Master's degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or Computer Science
INCOSE Systems Engineering Professional Certification, ASEP, CSEP, or ESEP
Agile Certification, including CSM, CPO, PMI-ACP, or ICP
Clearance Requirements:
Applicants selected will undergo a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility criteria for access to classified information; Secret clearance is mandatory.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements.
The projected compensation range for this position is $84,600.00 to $193,000.00 annually.The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
