Position Title: Influencer Success Trainee
Location: Remote
Role: Full-time, Temporary
Hours: 40 hours per week
About the Role

The Influencer Success Trainee will play a crucial role in our Fast Track initiative, assisting the LTK team in strategically facilitating influencer engagement and development through our platform. This position offers an opportunity to understand the dynamics of LTK creators while analyzing business processes and social media effectiveness for influencers. Join us in a rapidly evolving sector that merges social media, advertising, and eCommerce, where LTK empowers leading lifestyle creators to operate their digital enterprises seamlessly. Our advanced technology platform equips creators with essential tools, strategies, and support to enhance their earning potential.

With over $2 billion in retail sales processed annually through the LTK platform and more than 1.5 million active consumers engaging with our influencers, we are at the forefront of creator commerce.

The LTK Fast Track Program offers selected high-potential creators additional resources to help them reach their posting and revenue objectives.

Key Responsibilities

The Fast Track team is responsible for:

  • Managing links
  • Creating LTK posts
  • Publishing and scheduling LTK posts
  • Generating performance reports
  • Communicating strategies with creators
  • Designing collages
  • Tracking performance data and organizing the program

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong curiosity and a desire to deepen their understanding of social media and influencer marketing. Candidates should be able to apply subjective analysis in their thought processes and recognize personal biases.
