As a Strategic Business Leader - North Texas, you'll play a pivotal role in driving our product portfolios' success across indications in the local market of North Texas.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Local Market Business Planning and Execution: Lead local market business planning, including conducting market assessments, setting goals and priorities, and defining day-to-day execution plans.
  • Customer Experience: Build customer relationships with top/senior customers, including IDN leaders, regional payers, and providers.
  • Cross-Functional Market Team Leadership and Community Leadership: Guide cross-functional field-roles, including leading direct reports and providing performance feedback for other field roles dedicated to the local market.
Requirements:
  • Clinical, Scientific, and Business Acumen: Strong understanding of the US healthcare and payor landscape, including consumer types, business models, and evolving dynamics.
  • Healthcare Compliance: Strong understanding of healthcare compliance, legal, and regulatory landscape.
  • Market Research and Data-Driven Insights: Fluency in translating market research and data-driven insights into actionable strategic initiatives.
  • Technical Expertise: Proficient in Microsoft Office and VEEVA.
Education, Experience, and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's in Business Management, Master's a plus: Experience as a Business Leader or sales professional in a pharmaceutical industry.
  • Disease Management and Systematic Treatments: Experience with disease management and management of systematic treatments (infusions/injections).
  • Travel: Flexible to travel based on business needs (up to 80%).
