Key Responsibilities

  • Check guests in and out of their rooms, ensuring accurate and efficient processing.
  • Provide guests with accurate and timely information regarding hotel services, amenities, and local attractions.
  • Respond to guest requests and resolve any issues or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Manage the front desk operations, including cash handling, credit card processing, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest service and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management to ensure the smooth operation of the front desk.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Ability to stand and move throughout the front office and continuously perform essential job functions.
  • Ability to read, listen, and communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
  • Ability to access and accurately input information using a moderately complex computer system.
  • Hearing and visual ability to observe and detect signs of emergency situations.
