Job Title: Adult Education Marketing Strategist

Fannie Mae is seeking a highly skilled Adult Education Marketing Strategist to lead the development and execution of our consumer education program. As a key member of the Enterprise Marketing Strategy team, you will be responsible for creating and implementing a comprehensive marketing strategy that drives engagement and conversion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a content strategy that resonates with our target audience and drives business results.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of marketing initiatives.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to inform marketing decisions and optimize program performance.
  • Manage and optimize the consumer education program budget to ensure maximum ROI.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, including business leaders, product managers, and creative agencies.
Requirements:
  • 4+ years of experience in consumer marketing strategy, preferably in the adult learning space.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns that drive engagement and conversion.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to leverage data to inform marketing decisions.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • 7+ years of experience in consumer marketing strategy, preferably in the adult learning space.
  • Experience in financial services or mortgage industry.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and passion for building something from the ground up.
  • Adaptable and comfortable with ambiguity, with the ability to navigate new territories and lead others through uncertainty.
