Key Responsibilities:

The Campus Engagement Specialist plays a vital role in enhancing our organization's presence on college and university campuses, aiming to attract talented students and alumni for various opportunities. This position involves executing strategic outreach initiatives to connect with educational institutions and alumni networks under the guidance of the Talent Acquisition Manager.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong teamwork and a commitment to maintaining high standards while fostering effective communication within the Talent Acquisition team and external stakeholders.

  • Assist in crafting and sustaining outreach communications with newly identified educational partners, including career services representatives and diversity organizations.
  • Organize and implement recruitment events on campuses to build relationships and promote our brand.
  • Coordinate registration for employees attending recruitment events.
  • Manage and oversee the inventory of promotional materials and company merchandise.
  • Assess the effectiveness of university engagement initiatives and report on outcomes.
  • Travel to various events as required.
  • Contribute as a key member in supporting student program initiatives.
  • Research and recommend university programs to enhance our brand visibility on campuses.
  • Promote awareness of diversity and inclusion within the workplace.
  • Collaborate with external vendors to facilitate job postings and outreach.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with a minimum of 2 years of professional experience, or equivalent training.
  • Proven experience in University Relations and Recruitment is essential.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Capability to effectively plan and organize tasks.
  • Willingness to travel up to 30% of the time.
  • This position is primarily based at our North Las Vegas facility.
  • Full-time work schedule: 4/10s Monday-Thursday with flexibility for additional hours as needed.
  • Hybrid work model: 2-3 days on-site per week.
  • Pre-employment physical examination, including a drug screening, is mandatory. MSTS adheres to a substance abuse policy that includes random testing.
  • A valid driver's license is required.

Ability to obtain a HSPD-12 Personal Identity Verification credential is necessary.
