Key Responsibilities- Respond to all leads in a timely manner to drive business forward and achieve sales targets.
- Facilitate the contract process by building strong relationships with clients and overcoming objections to close deals.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify investment opportunities, real estate trends, and geographical insights, and prepare relevant documentation for property sales.
- Monitor the sales process and document follow-up activities by tracking all interaction details in our CRM system.
- Perform in-depth analysis of property values using market data, site visits, and research to identify potential opportunities.
- Ensure a smooth transaction between buyers and sellers by coordinating and communicating effectively.
- Follow up with seller leads over the phone to build relationships and close deals.
- Update and manage follow-up activities inside our CRM system.
- Attend on-site appointments to assess properties and gather information.
- Take high-quality photos of subject properties during appointments.
- Update our CRM system with notes, next actions, and photos.
- Requires a strong passion for real estate asset sales and a goal-oriented personality.
- +1 year of experience as a real estate specialist in real estate acquisitions, land acquisition, or real estate sales is highly desirable.
- Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, with extremely strong phone skills to set and close appointments.
