Key Responsibilities:
- Formulate and execute innovative recruitment strategies to attract high-caliber candidates in the healthcare sector.
- Employ diverse recruitment channels, including job boards, social media platforms, networking events, and referrals.
- Perform comprehensive candidate evaluations and interviews to determine qualifications and suitability for various roles.
- Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing requirements and offer insights on recruitment best practices.
- Oversee the complete recruitment process, from job advertisement to candidate acceptance.
- Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) to monitor candidate progress and maintain precise records.
- Conduct market research on industry trends and competitor activities to refine recruitment strategies.
- Build and sustain relationships with external recruitment agencies and vendors as necessary.
- Provide support and guidance to hiring managers regarding employee assessment processes.
- Collaborate with the HR team to create training initiatives for new employees and ongoing professional development.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline is preferred.
- Demonstrated experience as a healthcare recruiter or in a comparable position.
- Comprehensive understanding of recruitment best practices, including sourcing techniques and candidate evaluation methods.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is advantageous.
- Strong research capabilities to identify potential candidates and stay informed about industry developments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for establishing rapport with candidates and hiring managers.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
- Knowledge of contract healthcare staffing is highly desirable.
