Industrial Supplies Company is a leading privately-owned Industrial Distributor in the South Florida area. We are seeking a detail-oriented individual to join our office staff. Our company provides industrial maintenance, repair and operating (MRO) supplies to manufacturing, utility, and service organizations. Our customers include Fortune 500 companies as well as small and medium sized companies. A background or previous experience with office work is beneficial but not required for this position.

Responsibilities include handling customer inquiries, receiving goods into our system, confirming orders for invoicing, monitoring freight charges for accuracy, expediting vendor and customer orders, and preparing freight manifests for motor carrier pickups.
