The selected Real Estate Operations Manager will oversee multiple properties across central Ohio, including various locations.
In your role as the Real Estate Operations Manager for New Leaf Organization, you will be essential in managing and enhancing commercial property assets. Your daily responsibilities will vary, ensuring a dynamic work environment.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Conducting routine property evaluations and tenant interactions.
- Updating and maintaining reports on property conditions, including roofs, HVAC systems, and parking areas.
- Soliciting bids and overseeing capital improvement initiatives.
- Coordinating tenant finish projects with contractors.
- Supervising maintenance personnel and contractors for property repairs and services.
- Completing various special projects and assigned tasks.
- Preparing and managing vendor contracts and renewals.
- Maintaining a schedule of service agreements for each property.
- Keeping a record of insurance certificates for tenants and vendors.
- Developing and managing annual operating budgets.
- Overseeing collection processes for accounts receivable.
To excel in this position, you should be a flexible, professional, and organized individual capable of multitasking and efficiently managing a diverse range of responsibilities.
