Position Overview

The Client Relationship Manager at Full Spectrum Marketing acts as the primary point of contact and advocate for a designated group of client partners, leveraging the services of FSM's delivery teams to fulfill client objectives. Key responsibilities encompass nurturing client relationships, developing marketing and communication strategies, collaborating with project management teams, overseeing reporting and invoicing, addressing daily client inquiries, and ensuring the overall success of FSM's clientele. This role reports directly to the President.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Advising clients on their requirements and aspirations
  • Delivering presentations on strategies, media plans, and creative ideas during client meetings
  • Working in tandem with internal teams on project components
  • Finalizing monthly client invoicing

  • Proven experience in managing client relationships and achieving revenue targets
  • Strong organizational and time management capabilities
  • Understanding of advertising, marketing, and technological trends

Education and Experience Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related discipline
  • 3+ years of experience in marketing and communications
