Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with businesses to assess their insurance and HR needs.
  • Design personalized insurance solutions and recommend appropriate HR services.
  • Assist clients in choosing the optimal coverage and services to achieve their objectives.
  • Establish yourself as a trusted consultant, proactively recommending updates and managing renewals.
  • Create and deliver engaging presentations, both virtually and face-to-face.
  • Develop a strong pipeline of prospective clients through networking and outreach.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure successful client outcomes.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated success in B2B sales (5+ years).
  • Experience in the insurance or professional services sector (2+ years preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of various insurance products and HR solutions.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Capability to build enduring relationships with clients.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, CRM tools, LinkedIn, and virtual meeting platforms.
  • Self-driven with a commitment to surpassing targets.
  • Possession of a valid Ohio Life, Accident, and Health insurance license (or ability to obtain within 30 days).
