Minimum Qualifications:
• 3+ years of experience in the financial services sector

Your Role as the Senior Client Services Specialist:
• Act as the primary Senior Client Services Specialist for assigned new and existing clients.
• Address client service requirements in partnership with our Operations Team to provide administrative support for client accounts, including but not limited to account funding, cash flow management, required minimum distributions, charitable contributions, and online access.
• Implement onboarding procedures for new clients.• Develop strategies to manage client life events in collaboration with advisors and legal professionals.
• Schedule, prepare for, participate in, and follow up on client meetings.
• Provide tax documentation to clients upon request.
• Cultivate relationships with clients that reflect empathy, expertise, and thoroughness.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal procedures.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
