ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

This position is a full-time role, operating during standard business hours (Pacific Time Zone), Monday through Friday.

There is potential for telecommuting, allowing for 1 day of remote work and 4 days on-site.

Flexibility in work hours is essential to facilitate collaboration with global teams, which may include early meetings with colleagues in Europe or Asia. Working hours may range from 6 am to 3 pm PST.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

· Collect, interpret, and analyze business requirements from various stakeholders, teams, and departments.

· Effectively communicate and present updates to senior executives regarding the progress of application implementations.

· Create and implement a comprehensive communication strategy for the full deployment of products, ensuring all stakeholders remain informed and engaged throughout the process.

· Advocate for both end users and project teams to guarantee a successful application rollout.

· Assist end customers in adopting new applications, tools, or processes.

· Collaborate with customers, vendors, and diverse business units, maintaining proactive communication and a focus on achieving results.

· Drive project outcomes and challenge business assumptions regarding successful execution of plans.

· Develop and oversee a business readiness strategy.

· Construct and implement project plans, ensuring adherence to established organizational standards and procedures.

· Create training materials (documentation, videos) for both internal and external customers.

· Conduct risk analysis and mitigation strategies related to business readiness.

· Partner with developers and subject matter experts to define the technical vision and assess trade-offs between usability and performance needs.

· Collaborate with quality assurance and development teams to address defects and ensure proper migration of changes into production.

· Acquire and coordinate resources and services from both external vendors and internal teams.

· Engage in project management improvement initiatives.


QUALIFICATIONS

· 2 - 5 years of relevant experience in technology management, business readiness, or similar roles is required.

· Strong background in business readiness activities, including change management, user adoption, training, and communication planning, is essential. This includes a thorough understanding of the impact of technological changes on business processes and the ability to effectively manage stakeholder expectations.

· Proven experience in leading teams.

· Detail-oriented with the capability to support multiple initiatives simultaneously.

· Maintain a high level of quality while working under pressure and meeting deadlines.

· Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, across all organizational levels.

· Capable of presenting information clearly to stakeholders for better understanding and definition.

· Present to management teams and professional peers.

· Adhere to the core values of the organization.

EDUCATION
