The Opportunity

We are currently in search of a driven AV/IT specialist to join our global Media Systems team as an AV Systems Engineer. This role is ideal for an enthusiastic and diligent individual who will be responsible for the primary support of our audiovisual infrastructure.

As an AV Systems Engineer, you will collaborate with exceptional engineering, workplace, executive, and production teams to create cutting-edge video conferencing and collaborative environments across our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee Deployed Infrastructure
  • Coordinate Key Meeting Support
  • Assist with Project Support
  • Manage Vendor and Contractor Tasks
  • Develop and Facilitate Technical Training
  • Establish and Maintain AV Deployment Standards
Daily Support Activities will also encompass:
  • Administration of the Zoom Platform
  • Updates to Conference Room Equipment
  • Documentation Management
  • Coordination of Equipment Replacement or RMA
  • Assessment of New AV Equipment
Qualifications
  • A strong passion for enterprise technology.
  • A desire to engage with various departments, addressing a range of technical challenges.
  • A readiness to thrive in a fast-paced and innovative environment alongside other skilled IT professionals.
  • 3-5 years of relevant work experience or an Associate Degree in Sound Engineering, Live Event Production, or Enterprise AV Systems.
  • 1-3 years of experience in the following areas:
    • Establishing Standards for Large Deployments, including System Design, Documentation, and Vendor Coordination.
    • Supporting Enterprise Zoom-Based Conference Room Systems.
    • Utilizing DSP-Based Audio Processing for Large Meetings and Events, ensuring high-quality audio and video feeds for both in-room and remote participants.
