The Opportunity

The Endpoint Systems Engineering team specializes in the management of Windows and macOS systems, encompassing operating system deployment, application packaging and deployment, software updates and patching, policy formulation, and desktop automation.

We are in search of a Senior Endpoint Management Engineer who possesses a comprehensive skill set centered around endpoint management and scripting. The ideal candidate will have a diverse technical background, demonstrating creativity and a passion for IT endpoint systems, alongside a focus on standardization, optimization, and automation. Additionally, candidates should have a minimum of three years of consistent experience in architecting, engineering, implementing, and supporting large-scale endpoint and device management systems to serve end-users, developers, and both internal and external stakeholders.

Applicants are expected to stay informed about industry trends and advancements, enabling them to contribute to the development and implementation of technology standards at Take-Two.
Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the design and upkeep of existing device management systems
  • Manage device automation, including Desktop (Windows, MacOS), VDI, and Mobile Device management
  • Install, configure, test, and maintain operating systems, application software, system management tools, and desktop hardware.
  • Create and maintain custom scripts to enhance system efficiency and minimize manual intervention
  • Ensure optimal availability for all systems
  • Monitor and resolve alerts related to all Endpoint systems
  • Evaluate system performance for potential bottlenecks and collaborate on solutions
  • Provide advanced support for team-related assets and domains
  • Collaborate with vendors and IT personnel to troubleshoot and resolve system and infrastructure issues
Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of relevant industry experience, ideally in a similar capacity
  • Proficient in both Windows and macOS, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting
  • Experience in designing, building, and managing endpoint management systems (e.g., SCCM, Intune, WorkspaceOne, Jamf)
  • Familiarity with packaging and automating software installations (Windows and macOS)
  • Experience in creating and managing Windows-based images
  • Knowledge of mobile device management (iOS and Android)
  • Practical networking experience (4 layer model, TCP/IP) with the ability to diagnose and remediate basic network issues
  • Proven ability to write and debug automation scripts (e.g., PowerShell, shell scripts, Python)
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft products and licensing (365, Windows, Office, Server, etc.)
  • Experience in creating and deploying group policies
  • Ability to learn new technologies quickly and provide guidance to junior engineers
  • Effective communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Demonstrates cognitive flexibility and adaptability
  • Experience managing Visual Studio in a development context
  • Familiarity with Horizon VDI
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud administration
  • Knowledge of Apple DEP and VPP
