Territory Sales Representative

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Sales Representative to join our team at Rand Worldwide. As a key member of our Inside Sales team, you will be responsible for establishing and cultivating business relationships, identifying new sales opportunities, and strategically selling our services and products to maximize business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain strong business relationships with existing and new customers
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through consultative selling and strategic account planning
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly sales goals
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and secure business
- Utilize sales efficiency tools and platforms to generate access, awareness, and engagement
Requirements:
- 2+ years of successful sales experience with documented growth and/or extensive customer engagement
- Solid business acumen and skill set to manage the full sales cycle
- Ability to have business conversations at all levels from user to Owner
- Proficient in sales platforms and customer-related technology
