Sales Representative

As a Field Sales Trainee, you'll have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in a fast-paced environment, working closely with our experienced sales representatives and managers.
Key Responsibilities:- Complete comprehensive training modules to enhance your selling and business management skills
- Participate in sales meetings and customer markets to gain valuable insights and experience
- Work in customer stores, distribution centers, and the Customer Service Department to develop a deep understanding of our products and services
- Travel with sales representatives and managers to observe and assist with sales calls and customer interactions
- Work in selected sales territories in the absence of a regularly assigned sales representative
- Be willing to relocate at company expense when assigned a territory
- Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred
- At least two years of related business or sales experience in the retail or wholesale hardware, lumber, building materials, or farm supply industry
