Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Territory Sales Representative to join our team at Cox Communications. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating new leads, sales, and upgrades in your assigned territory. You will work closely with homeowners, homeowner associations, and other stakeholders to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prospect and sell home security and telecommunications services to residential customers
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including homeowner associations and multi-dwelling unit managers
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas
  • Work non-traditional hours, including evenings and weekends, to maximize customer contact opportunities
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance sales skills and knowledge
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
  • Valid state driver's license and good driving record
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
