Grow Our Commercial Business

As a key member of our Commercial Business Development team, you will play a vital role in championing sales of our landscape and snow removal services to commercial real estate and critical infrastructure facilities in southeast Michigan.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Create and execute a sales plan to grow market share of our landscape maintenance and snow removal services to CRE and large facility clients.
  • Network and represent our company in professional groups, associations, and events.
  • Prospect, develop, and close winning proposals that align with client objectives, company capabilities, and profit goals.
  • Build relationships with clients to further develop ongoing enhancement sales.

Requirements:
  • You are an extroverted, intuitive, charismatic, and closing sales professional.
  • You have references of 5+ years of front-line sales experience in commercial services to facility and property managers in the greater southeast Michigan market.
  • A 4-year college degree or equivalent is preferred.
