Business Development Specialist

As a key member of our Commercial Business Development team, you will play a vital role in championing sales of our landscape and snow removal services to commercial real estate and critical infrastructure facilities in southeast Michigan.
Your Responsibilities:- Create and execute a sales plan to grow market share of our landscape maintenance and snow removal services to CRE and large facility clients.
- Network and represent our company in professional groups, associations, and events.
- Prospect, develop, and close winning proposals that align with client objectives, company capabilities, and profit goals.
- Build relationships with clients to further develop ongoing enhancement sales.
- Be part of a supportive and experienced team dedicated to delivering high-quality customer experiences.
- Enjoy a competitive salary of $75-$90K plus commission with earning potential of $110K+.

- You have references of 5+ years of front-line sales experience in commercial services to facility and property managers in the greater southeast Michigan market.
