ASSA ABLOY is seeking a highly motivated Outside Sales Business Development Specialist to join our team in McKinney, TX. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with customers, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including contractors, subcontractors, and DOTs
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through conferences, tradeshows, events, and social media
Collaborate with the sales team to develop and maintain key account and partner relationships
Assist in the evaluation and design of project offerings and gain a thorough understanding of company offerings and technical preferences
Requirements:
2+ years of successful outside roadway sales experience or other industry-related successful outside sales experience and proven results to achieve/exceed targets
Ability to develop a business plan and outline goals annually
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Detailed, organized, analytical, and reliable
