Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist and educate guests in achieving their wellness goals with exceptional guest service.
  • Market our services through social media and attend community events.
  • Continuously educate ourselves on our products and services.
  • Work collaboratively with our team to identify and solve problems, set expectations, and complete daily tasks.

Requirements:

  • Ability to work a minimum of 12-30 hours a week with a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
  • Ability to comprehend and pass our service exams following initial training.
  • Excellent time management skills, good judgment, and ability to multitask.
  • Exceptional guest experience skills, with the ability to handle and resolve guest issues to maintain guest loyalty.
  • Ability to understand the needs of our guests and educate them on our services in a competent, efficient, and professional manner.
  • Meet or exceed minimum productivity requirements, including sales goals.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude.
  • Maintain an environment of trust and communicate efficiently with managers and peers.
