Job Title: Contract Management Specialist

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Contract Management Specialist to join our team at Indotronix International Corporation. The successful candidate will be responsible for accelerating the development of contracts, amendments, and SOWs, as well as drafting, revising, and editing contractual documents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accelerate the development of contracts, amendments, and SOWs
  • Draft, revise, and edit contractual documents
  • Monitor contract renewals and other key contract milestones
  • Resolve contract compliance issues
  • Identify issues and coordinate resolutions with transactions internal negotiation team
  • Understand business requirements, legal provisions, and Corporate Policies
  • Review and interpret Sourcing and Corporate Policy requirements
  • Take responsibility for consultation on and escalation of contractual terms and conditions to Senior Management, including provision of current and potential legal and business issues and/or risks
