Key Responsibilities:



  • Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions to support clients in achieving their recovery goals.
  • Serve as a liaison with families and outpatient providers to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Interact with insurance companies for pre-certification and utilization management to ensure timely and effective treatment.
  • Participate in discharge and aftercare planning to ensure a smooth transition for clients.
  • Provide therapeutic meal support and model a healthy relationship with food to promote positive eating habits.
  • Deliver safe, empathetic, and affirming care to each client, acknowledging their unique circumstances and intersecting identities.

Qualifications:



  • Master's degree in clinical counseling or a related field.
  • State license (or license-eligible) in a counseling field, such as Psychologist, LMFT, LCSW, or LPC.
  • Prior experience working with eating disorders and higher levels of care is preferred.
  • Knowledge of diversity, equity, and inclusion practices to create a supportive and inclusive environment.
