Key Responsibilities:
  • Inspire, guide, and nurture a culinary team made up of cooks and chefs.
  • Oversee the culinary standards in a high-volume, high-quality scratch kitchen.
  • Assist and rotate through various kitchen stations.
  • Prepare exceptional dishes in a contemporary kitchen setting.
  • Handle ordering, scheduling, inventory, and other administrative tasks.
