We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Executive Support Specialist to join our team at IST Management Services. As an Executive Support Specialist, you will provide administrative support to our executives and teams, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage meeting rooms and schedules for client occupancy
  • Coordinate client meetings, including meal and coffee requests
  • Assist with internal office moves and new hire orientations
  • Manage employee accounts, including Uber and meal expenses
  • Input invoices for processing and create POs for vendors
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients and employees

Requirements:

  • Previous receptionist experience
  • Computer savvy, including Microsoft Office products
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to work individually or in a team environment
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with aid as needed
