Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Studio Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Fred Astaire Dance Studios. As a key member of our administrative team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our studio.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner
  • Perform various administrative tasks, including data entry, record-keeping, and filing
  • Assist with marketing efforts, such as creating content and scheduling social media postings
  • Coordinate studio events, including scheduling, logistics, and communication
  • Utilize Google Suite and other office software to create documents, spreadsheets, and presentations

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in an administrative or customer service role is preferred
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in data entry and basic computer skills
  • Familiarity with Google Suite or other office software is a plus

Benefits:
