Job Title: Strategic Sales Manager

As a Strategic Sales Manager at Stryker Corporation, you will play a critical role in developing and executing sales strategies to drive business growth and customer satisfaction. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the company's mission to make healthcare better.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Manage and coordinate divisional sales efforts with key customers, including GPOs, IDNs, and other key accounts.
  • Partner with sales teams to foster relationships with key accounts and develop strategies for local and national programs and agreements.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including sales leaders, Customer Solutions, FLEX, Marketing, Legal, ProCare, and Finance.
  • Work closely with cross-divisional branches to drive collaboration and improve return on investment for Stryker.
  • Support cross-divisional leaders and managers on business opportunities and provide timely, informative data to enable effective pricing and programming decisions.
  • Develop and implement summary and exception reports to validate program performance and present results to management.
  • Partner with Marketing to identify and develop custom solutions for key accounts and ensure synchronicity in executing marketing strategy.
  • Collaborate with Sales Training team and participate in the sales and/or marketing training of others.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • 8+ years related sales and/or marketing experience required; medical marketing and/or related field sales/GPO and IDN sales management preferred.
  • Proven ability to develop strategies that complement and contribute to overall business objectives.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to work with diverse groups.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze sales data from a variety of sources.
Compensation:

$136,000-$224,400 salary plus bonus eligible, plus generally eligible for short-term and long-term financial incentives, plus benefits.
