Job Title: Director, Enterprise Toppings and Culinary Solutions

Rich Products Corporation, a family-owned food company, is seeking a Director, Enterprise Toppings and Culinary Solutions to join our team. As a key member of our global marketing and sales organization, you will be responsible for driving category growth and developing strategic business development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute category vision and strategy in partnership with business units and functional stakeholders.
  • Coordinate across functions to identify and execute against category priorities.
  • Manage the portfolio of initiatives to support the Enterprise TCCS 2-year strategy and operating plan.
  • Work with business units to ensure the 2-year TCCS category plans are in line with Rich's 2030 vision.
  • Orchestrate different workstreams to achieve aligned upon outcomes and key results.
  • Lead specific initiatives and workstreams per category strategy.
  • Champion the development of new tools and ways of working to grow the category.
  • Partner with Finance to track enterprise category financials and key measures.
  • Regularly report out on Enterprise TCCS measures.
  • Understand key drivers of category performance.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 10 years of global experience in a senior category, marketing, or strategic role.
  • Adaptable and able to work in ambiguous situations.
  • Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in global markets and US operations.
  • Demonstrated ability to partner with global functional leads to achieve goals and provide input into strategy.
  • Strong strategic ability and visionary.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence across broad contingents of stakeholders.
  • Strong financial acumen and ability to drive insights from category financials.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to interact with all audiences, including Sr. Leadership.
Compensation:

In accordance with state law, the rate or range provided is Rich Products Corporation's reasonable estimate of the base compensation for this role. The actual amount may be higher or lower, based on non-discriminatory factors such as experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, shift differential, and location.

Annual Range/Hourly Rate: $147,943.00 - $246,573.00
