About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Business Growth Manager to join our team at Conax. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth within an assigned region by executing the sales plan.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities to strategically grow revenue within our key accounts in an assigned territory.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key executives within the focus area assigned.
  • Interface with the management team to assist in the development of budgets, sales policies, forecasts, reports, and other information as required.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve maximum sales volume, profitability, and revenue potential for existing and new products.
Requirements
  • Technical acumen (degree preferred but not required) and direct sales experience of highly engineered products to large end users and OEM's.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with key executives.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales goals.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and develop new business opportunities.
What We Offer
