Business Insurance Account Executive

Marsh McLennan Companies is seeking a highly skilled Business Insurance Account Executive to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, providing expert advice on risk management and insurance solutions, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement comprehensive risk management strategies for clients, leveraging your expertise in commercial property and casualty insurance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their goals.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify new business opportunities and drive growth.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments, applying your knowledge to provide innovative solutions for clients.
- Manage and analyze data to inform business decisions and optimize client outcomes.
- 7-10 years of experience in commercial property and casualty insurance brokerage or agency, with a focus on marketing, consulting, and risk management.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, finance, or risk management.
- Professional designations, such as CPCU, CIC, or ARM, are preferred.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage and analyze complex data.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on delivering high-quality results and meeting client needs.
