Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our Business Development team. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for acquiring new business and expanding existing relationships with key customers in the SMB market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate leads and referrals through prospecting, cold calling, and networking.
  • Identify customer needs and use solution-based selling techniques to demonstrate the value of T-Mobile's products and services.
  • Negotiate and close deals with customers.
  • Work with leadership to develop skills in prospecting, call execution, and relationship management.
  • Participate in training opportunities on products and services and attend sales meetings.
  • Devise creative and effective sales approaches, solutions, and proposals.
  • Manage sales funnel and generate reporting on sales activities and forecasting.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma/GED (Required)
  • Bachelor's Degree (Preferred)
  • 1+ years verifiable new customer acquisition sales experience, preferably within a commissioned environment
