Key Responsibilities:
- Build and nurture relationships with business owners through various channels including marketing, cold outreach, referrals, and online leads.
- Perform comprehensive needs assessments for clients to identify any coverage gaps.
- Market and sell Commercial Line insurance products.
- Address inquiries related to insurance options, eligibility, and coverage details.
- Gain familiarity with our offerings, services, and operational systems.
- Achieve monthly sales targets by adhering to established processes.

Qualifications:
- Valid Property and Casualty insurance license is mandatory.

- Successful completion of a background check.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with strong interpersonal abilities.
- Proficient in operational computing skills, with a typing speed of 45+ WPM (familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and Internet Browsers).
- Self-motivated individual who excels in independent work.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
