Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and nurture relationships with business owners through various channels including marketing, cold outreach, referrals, and online leads.
  • Perform comprehensive needs assessments for clients to identify any coverage gaps.
  • Market and sell Commercial Line insurance products.
  • Address inquiries related to insurance options, eligibility, and coverage details.
  • Gain familiarity with our offerings, services, and operational systems.

Qualifications:

  • Valid Property and Casualty insurance license is mandatory.

  • Proficient in operational computing skills, with a typing speed of 45+ WPM (familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and Internet Browsers).
  • Self-motivated individual who excels in independent work.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
