Key Responsibilities
  • Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and engage with home remodeling companies between $10M-$30M annual revenue, leveraging industry knowledge and personalized insights to stand out from competitors.
  • Sales and Business Development: Sell our services to contractors, including running financial proformas and video conferencing with C-level executives. Experience with decision-makers in marketing is a plus.
  • Deep Discovery and Understanding: Perform in-depth discovery to understand prospect business strengths, weaknesses, and goals, and develop a deep understanding of their needs and challenges.
  • Closing Deals: Utilize exceptional sales skills to close five-figure business deals, with a focus on quality and performance.
Requirements
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in a consultative sales environment, with 2+ years of outbound prospecting experience making B2B cold calls and 2+ years of experience closing five-figure business deals.
  • Skills: Expertise in adding value to prospects from prospecting to close, in-depth understanding of ROI concepts, phenomenal expectation setting and rapport building, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Personal Qualities: Collaborative, agile, competitive, and coachable, with a growth mindset and a focus on continuous improvement.
What We Offer
  • Competitive Salary: $60,000 USD to $70,000 USD annually, with the potential for performance bonuses and equity in the form of restricted stock units.
  • Benefits: Eligibility for health care benefits, retirement benefits, paid days off, and other tax-reportable benefits.
  • Flexibility: Occasional travel to different offices or events may be required, but we offer flexibility and work-life balance.
